The hotel is homely and clean, everything is fine. We stay in queen room quite often, it is spotless and nicely decorated.

the hotel was in an ideal location, to the music festival we were attending. it was also near to the big mountains and five different jams.

The hotel had a central position right by a bubbling brook outside in the garden, the establishment and a nearby pub. The staff was amicable throughout the day. The room was great value and a nice size, good facilities.

Booked a room with gorgeous views of the mountain. The bathroom we had included a shower, hairdryers, and robes and a tub. The hotel's location was good and stunning, just off Kaikoura with very comfortable accomodation, and a very good breakfas, the immaculate gardens and mountains, and the mountains covered in snow. Furthermore, to the local supermarket. There's nothing too much trouble, had a very nice stay for a popular seaside town.

We absolutely loved our stay at Brook House B&B & Cottages. The room we had was newly renovated after the earthquake and had a beautiful balcony with stunning sunset views. The owner, Judy, was incredibly helpful and recommended great dining places and local attractions. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the freshly baked chocolate muffins. The highlight was playing with Judy's friendly dog and cat. we highly recommend this lovely B&B.

The location of the property was quiet, best to have transport if you stay here as it's a fair walk into the town centre.

very friendly owner who was helpful, she provided amenities for making your own tea coffee etc and the chocolate muffins were great! Having Wifi available was valuable.

The water power in the shower was not good, which made it hard to wash hair!!!
